  • How does the AI design feature work?
    ShopMyRoom uses AI to analyze your room and suggest furniture, decor, and layout options tailored to your style.
  • How do I delete my account?
    Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
  • I'm having trouble with in-app purchases.
    For billing issues, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or contact us directly at the email above.
  • Can I use ShopMyRoom on multiple devices?
    Yes. Sign in with the same account on any iOS device to access your saved rooms and designs.

App Version & Compatibility

ShopMyRoom requires iOS 16.0 or later. We recommend keeping your app updated to the latest version for the best experience. Updates are available through the App Store.

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility.
  • Purchase Information: Records of in-app purchases processed securely through Apple. We do not store payment card details.
